Soft Washing Siding

Softwashing is a term that refers to a non-pressure washing technique that utilizes special chemical solutions instead of high powered water jets to clean sensitive areas such as your siding. Softwashing is great for Vinyl siding, painted wood, fabrics and many other exterior elements that could possibly be damaged by the high pressure of traditional pressure washing on the home.

The softwashing solutions we use are applied thoroughly to the surfaces targeted and given time to kill the mold, mildew, algae and fungus deep at its roots. Then, we rinse the surfaces thoroughly with fresh water at a garden hose pressure. We take great care of all plants and landscaping by wetting them down to keep the surfactants running off smoothly, keeping the plants safe and sound.
